Dempsey: U.S. Iraq role could evolve

Forty-six Indian nurses being held by ISIS in former Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein's hometown of Tikrit have been moved to the northern city of Mosul, which is under control of the militant group, Syed Akbaruddin, the spokesman for India's Ministry of External Affairs, said Thursday at a news briefing.
