NYPD choke hold death leads to review

New York City Police Commissioner William Bratton ordered an extensive review of the NYPD's training procedures after the death of Eric Garner, the man who was held in a choke hold and died while police attempted to arrest him, Bratton announced at a press conference Tuesday.
