Congress reacts to airstrikes

As the Pentagon launched a barrage of airstrikes inside Syria late Monday, signaling a new phase in the United States' involvement in the fight against ISIS, Congress had already left town and most of the reaction from lawmakers came from those who had pressed the administration to act sooner to destroy the terror group.
