Hagel may consider Iraq ground forces

Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel is suggesting he may have to consider recommendations to place ground forces in Iraq to help Iraq forces locate targets if, in fact, General Martin Dempsey, chairman of the joint chiefs makes that recommendation.
